Do you have any questions?
I would like to return an item. How do I do this?
If an item is not suitable, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. The item must be in its original, brand-new condition, unworn, and with its tag attached.
Please fill out the contact form to notify us of your return, including your order reference and IBAN bank account number.
I chose bank transfer as my payment method. When will my order be shipped?
When selecting this payment option, your item(s) will be reserved for 7 business days. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped.
I placed an order. When will I receive it?
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 3 business days following payment.
I would like gift wrapping.
Simply mention it when placing your order.
I would like to add a personalized message to my order.
By specifying this when placing your order, you can write a personalized message that will be included in the package. Special characters and emojis are not supported.
Your message will not be accepted if it is offensive or inconsistent with the Ellécie brand image.
How do I care for Ellécie products?
Care instructions can be found on the labels attached to the product. You will also find them in the scarf care section of this website. Please follow these instructions carefully; failure to do so will mean the product is not considered defective and will not be eligible for a return.
How do I delete my account?
In accordance with applicable personal data regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict the processing of, erase, and transfer your data, which you can exercise by using the contact form.

How much does shipping cost?
In Belgium: €5 for home delivery and €3.75 for delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point.
