APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Ellécie online shop (www.ellecie.be). By ordering products on www.ellecie.be or by accepting delivery of the products, you acknowledge and agree to these ELLÉCIE General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Ellécie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Ellécie also reserves the right to make changes to its products in relation to the information provided on its website, www.ellecie.be.

ORDERS AND PRICES
All prices on the www.ellecie.be online shop are quoted in Euros, VAT included. Payments are debited in Euros. If you have any questions regarding a product, you may send an email to info@ellecie.be or reach out via the contact form on www.ellecie.be. Orders are only accepted by Ellécie upon receipt of confirmation stating that the order has been successfully processed and payment has been approved.

PAYMENT METHODS
Ellécie accepts the following payment methods for products presented on www.ellecie.be: online payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. The amount due is debited in Euros. Once a card payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is debited immediately following information verification. Ellécie cannot be held liable for any additional fees or charges resulting from transaction processing or exchange rate fluctuations. Please ensure that the card number provided and the expiration date are correct; inaccurate information may delay the processing of your order. Credit card payments are subject to the approval of the issuing financial institution. Ellécie shall not be held liable should a financial institution refuse to accept or honor a credit card for any reason. Except in cases of negligence, Ellécie cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to data provided while visiting www.ellecie.be or placing an order.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the selected item(s) will only be reserved for the customer for 7 business days. If payment has not been received into Ellécie’s bank account after this period, we reserve the right to return the items to stock.

SHIPPING
You acknowledge and agree to pay all shipping costs, as well as VAT and any other applicable levies on your order. These charges are automatically calculated and debited from your account alongside the total purchase price of the product. Ellécie shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses resulting from non-compliance with the provided shipping and delivery information.

DELIVERY TIMES
As a maker, Ellécie strives to minimize product delivery times. However, should delivery exceed 10 business days, Ellécie will contact the customer to inform them of the estimated delivery date.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective within the first fourteen days following receipt, you may return it for a refund at your own expense. Prior to returning any goods, you must notify us by email at info@ellecie.be or via the contact form on www.ellecie.be no later than 14 (fourteen) days starting the day after delivery, specifying your order number and IBAN bank account details. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all labels intact. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s).

FORCE MAJEURE
Ellécie shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays or failure to perform its obligations under the present contract due to strikes, lockouts, riots, war, fire, natural disasters, accidents, or any other causes beyond Ellécie’s reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions, as well as any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Ellécie and the Customer irrevocably agree that the courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
The sale of products on the www.ellecie.be e-shop is conducted electronically. Consequently, you authorize Ellécie to communicate with you via electronic means.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Any full or partial reproduction or representation for any other purpose, particularly commercial, on any medium whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may result in civil and criminal liability for the offender.
Contracts and content are protected by copyright law and, more generally, by intellectual property legislation. No mention or use of the trademarks, trade names, acronyms, logos, designs, or photos featured on the Site may be made without our prior written consent. Any reproduction or use not expressly authorized in advance constitutes the offense of infringement and is punishable by civil and criminal law. Furthermore, no authorization shall be granted for uses contrary to public decency or morality.

LIABILITY
All products offered for sale have been crafted with the utmost care. Each piece is unique, hand-sewn using high-quality fabrics, and may feature slight irregularities, which reflect its handcrafted and authentic nature.
